The VRTáci association has had various requests from non Czech speaking people and organizations for translations of their articles. These people mainly have English either as their first or second language.

We will therefore publish a subset of some of our more popular articles in the new ‘English’ category as we have time.

For example, this step will help inform those decision makers in the EU of the status of the ill conceived Czech High Speed Rail project.

The origins of our name ‘VRTáci’ come from the Czech for ‘High Speed Rail’  – Vysokorychlostní železnicí (VRT).

Vrtaci also means ‘drill’. 

We drill for the truth about the VRT – the Czech HSR.
